Field of application
This statement applies to the use of services and materials of LINOSFERA d.o.o. by clients of LINOSFERA d.o.o., as well as to employment at LINOSFERA d.o.o.
Please note that as part of the improvement of our activities in order to improve our services, amendments to this data protection statement may be necessary. In that case, we will inform you about it.
What data is collected and forwarded
The personal data we process includes data about you as a client, collected when placing orders and visiting LINOSFERA d.o.o., or when completing the Client Consent Statement; data about you as an employee of LINOSFERA d.o.o. based on the Labour Act and other applicable regulations; data collected in connection with your payments via bank account; and data collected when establishing and performing contractual relationships between you and LINOSFERA d.o.o., which may be directly or indirectly linked to you. Such data includes: full name and surname, telephone number(s), residential address, e-mail address, date of birth, personal identification number (OIB), and bank details in the case of payments made via bank transfer.

Cookies

On these pages, you as a visitor are offered ads related to content that you have already uploaded on some other websites that use the remarketing options provided by Google. You can opt out of data collection through Google AdWords at http://www.google.com/settings/ads.
Google AdWords conversion tracking
This can create conversion statistics that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. A conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to the data protection provisions of the provider Google, no personal data is processed. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can stop the use of data for this purpose by deactivating the conversion tracking cookie provided by Google via the cookie settings in your web browser.
Please keep in mind that current Internet browsers accept "cookies" according to standard, already default settings. You can set the settings in your browser so that they do not allow all or only certain "cookies" or that you are asked for approval to accept a new "cookie". Instructions for accepting "cookies" can be found in most browsers via the "help" option in the menu list. In these instructions, you will also find instructions for deleting already accepted "cookies".
Conversion measurement using Facebook visitor activity tracking pixels
As part of the online presence, the “Visitor Activity Tracking Pixel” of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) is used. It is a "cookie", that is, a small text file that is stored on your computer and can be downloaded from your computer. It can be used to track users' activities after they have seen or clicked on an ad on Facebook. In this way, the effectiveness of Facebook ads can be measured for the purpose of statistical evaluations and market research. The data collected in this way are anonymous for us, i.e. they cannot be linked to the user's identity. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that this data can be linked to the relevant user profile and Facebook can use it for its own advertising purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Statement for the use of Facebook ("http://www.facebook. com/about/privacy /). You can enable Facebook and its partners to advertise on Facebook and outside of Facebook. For this purpose, a "cookie" will be stored on your computer. Sharing
Our website has integrated fields for sharing on the social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. In addition, a field for sharing via e-mail can be integrated. You can recognize sharing fields by their logo.
Only when you click on the respective "sharing box" on our website (and only then) is a direct connection established between the browser and the server of the respective social network operator. According to the operators of the mentioned social networks, no personal data is collected by the social networks without clicking on the respective sharing field. This data, including the IP address, is collected and processed only for persons registered on the respective social networks. If you do not want your visit to our website to be associated with your social media account, please log out of your social media account.

Use of data
We use your personal data in full compliance with legal provisions.
The personal data you provide to us when placing orders and visiting LINOSFERA d.o.o., when completing the Client Consent Statement, when making payments via bank transfer, or when establishing and performing contractual relationships between you and LINOSFERA d.o.o., will be collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations (for example, employee data that LINOSFERA d.o.o. is required to collect under the Labour Act) or our contractual obligations towards you, based on your consent.
After you have given us your explicit consent, we will use your data to deliver materials related to the relevant services, for mutual communication, including birthday greetings, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about LINOSFERA d.o.o. service offers, discount promotions, new products, workshops, training sessions, and other promotional activities, and for the purpose of promoting LINOSFERA d.o.o.
Security and data transfer
To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via e-mail, data security during transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of the art.
Client data listed in the Client Consent Statement is stored both in the original hard-copy form of the statement and in electronic form. The originals of these statements are kept in a locked cabinet, while access to the list of LINOSFERA d.o.o. clients and the client data stored electronically is protected by a password.
The original Client Consent Statements are physically destroyed after two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with LINOSFERA d.o.o.
Access to the client data list and the Client Consent Statements is granted to the Director of LINOSFERA d.o.o. as the responsible person and to employees of LINOSFERA d.o.o., as such access is necessary for the performance of LINOSFERA d.o.o.’s obligations and services toward the respective clients, and is regulated in accordance with applicable legislation.
Each client has the right to access the personal data concerning them that is contained in the LINOSFERA d.o.o. client list and that is being processed (for example, in the list of service users).
Personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment via bank transfer is collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, with access protected by a password. The Director of LINOSFERA d.o.o. has access to such data.
The retention period for the aforementioned data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular accounting regulations.
The personal data collected shall be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of its collection and processing. Client data specified in the Client Consent Statement, collected for the purpose of sending information about LINOSFERA d.o.o. services and for promotional activities, shall be retained until the client withdraws their consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with LINOSFERA d.o.o.
The responsible persons and employees of LINOSFERA d.o.o. who have the right and authorization to access the personal data collected by LINOSFERA d.o.o. undertake, by signing a Confidentiality Statement, to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and to act in accordance with applicable legislation and the internal rules of LINOSFERA d.o.o.
Your personal data may be transferred or made available to certain contractual partners of LINOSFERA d.o.o., should LINOSFERA d.o.o. decide to engage them.
Namely, we may engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (for example, an accounting service provider) and services, to communicate with members, to manage our online presence and access, or to fulfill any of the purposes stated in this Statement.
Your personal data will be transferred to a contractual partner of LINOSFERA d.o.o. only if such data is necessary for the performance of a specific service related to you. These contractual partners will be carefully selected to ensure lawful and secure data processing.
Furthermore, such contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data solely for specified purposes in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with Croatian data protection legislation. The use of data by contractual partners for any other purposes is excluded.
We will not forward your personal data to other persons except the contractual partners mentioned above, only if you have not given your consent for this.
Considering the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection, use, and processing of personal data by LINOSFERA d.o.o., including the fact that such collection, use, and processing are not carried out on a large scale and that no special categories of personal data are collected, LINOSFERA d.o.o. and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Accordingly, LINOSFERA d.o.o. has not appointed such an officer.
Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact
By signing the Client Consent Statement or using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the Client Consent Statement and this Data Protection Statement.
Furthermore, in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation and the rights it grants you as the data subject, of which LINOSFERA d.o.o. has informed you, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time in the future without stating reasons; as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
Withdrawal of consent must be made in writing (by letter or e-mail) to the following publicly available address: LINOSFERA d.o.o., Međine 14, 20207 Mlini, or to info@linosfera.hr
. Such withdrawal will prevent any future use of your personal data by LINOSFERA d.o.o.
