This statement applies to the use of the services and materials of Linosfera d.o.o. by clients of Linosfera d.o.o. and employment in Linosfera d.o.o.

Please note that as part of the improvement of our activities in order to improve our services, amendments to this data protection statement may be required. In that case, we will let you know.

  1. What data is collected and forwarded

The personal data we process is data about you as a client, collected during your ordering and visiting Linosfera d.o.o. that is, when you fill in the Client’s Statement of Consent, information about you as employees of Linosfera d.o.o. pursuant to the Labor Law and other applicable regulations, when making payments through a bank account or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and Linosfera d.o.o., which may be directly or indirectly related to you. These are the following information: full name, telephone number (s), residential address, e-mail address, date of birth, OIB, bank details in case of bank payments.

Cookies

Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This can generate conversion statistics that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to Google’s data protection provisions, no personal data is processed. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you may suspend the use of the data for this purpose by disabling the Google Conversion Tracking cookie via the cookie usage settings in your web browser.

Please note that current web browsers accept “cookies” according to the default settings. You can set the settings in your browser so that they do not allow all or only certain “cookies” or you are asked for approval to accept a new “cookie”.   1. Pixel conversion measurement to track Facebook visitor activity

The online presence uses the “Visitor Activity Pixel” Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). It is a “cookie”, a small text file that is stored on your computer and can be downloaded from your computer. It can be used to track users’ activities after they have seen or clicked on an ad on Facebook. In this way, the effectiveness of Facebook ads can be measured for the purpose of statistical evaluations and market research. The data collected in this way are anonymous for us, ie they cannot be linked to the identity of the user. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook so that this data can be linked to the relevant user profile and Facebook may use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Statement for Facebook use (“http: //www.facebook. com / about / privacy /). You can allow Facebook and its partners to advertise on and off Facebook. For this purpose, a “cookie” will be stored on your computer.   1. Sharing

Our website has integrated sharing fields on social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. In addition, an e-mail sharing field can be integrated. You can identify the sharing fields by their logo.

Only when you click on the “sharing field” on our website (and only then), a direct connection is established between the browser and the server of the operator of the social network in question. According to the operators of these social networks, no personal data is collected by social networks without clicking on the respective sharing field. Only for persons registered on the respective social networks, this data, including IP addresses, is collected and processed. If you do not want your visit to our website to be linked to your social network account, please log out of your social network account.

At this point we emphasize that Linosfera d.o.o. there is no insight into the content of the transmitted data, as well as their use by social networks. More information on the use of data by social networks can be found in the Data Protection Statement of these social networks.

  1. Use of data

We use your personal information in full compliance with legal provisions.

Personal data that you provide to us when you order and arrive at Linosfera doo, when you fill out the Client’s Statement of Consent, when you make payments through the bank or when establishing and executing contractual relations between you and Linosfera doo, will be collected and processed exclusively within fulfillment of our legal obligations (for example, data on employees that Linosfera doo is obliged to collect according to the Labor Act) or contractual obligations towards you based on your consent.

After giving us your explicit consent, we will use your data to deliver materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including birthday greetings, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about the offer of services Linosfera doo, discounts, novelties, workshops, educations, promotions, and for the purpose of promoting Linosfera doo.

  1. Security and data transmission

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via e-mail, the security of data transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of the art.

The data on the client stated in the Statement of Consent of the client are kept on the original of the mentioned statement and in electronic form. The originals of the above statements are stored in a locker whose access is protected by a key, and access to the list of clients of Linosfera d.o.o. and customer data from the statement that is stored electronically is password protected. The retention period of the mentioned data is two years from the date of the last interaction of the client with Linosfera d.o.o.

The originals of the Client’s Consent Statement are mechanically destroyed within two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with Linosfera d.o.o.

The director of Linosfera d.o.o. has access to the list with client data and Statements of client consent. as a responsible person and employees of Linosfera d.o.o., since such an approach is required to perform the obligations and services of Linosfera d.o.o. clients in question, and it is regulated in accordance with applicable law. Every client has the right to access personal data about him in the list of clients of Linosfera d.o.o. and which are processed about it (for example in the list of service users).

Personal data provided by the client for the purpose of payment through the bank are collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, where access is password protected. The director of Linosfera d.o.o. has access to the mentioned data. The retention period of the said data shall be determined in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular accounting.

Personal data collected are stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Customer data provided in the Customer Consent Statement collected for the purpose of sending notices about the services of Linosfera d.o.o. and its promotions are kept until the withdrawal of consent by the client, and no later than two years from the date of the last interaction of the client in Linosfera d.o.o.

Responsible persons and employees of Linosfera d.o.o. who have the right and authority to access personal data collected by Linosfera d.o.o. are obliged by signing the Confidentiality Statement to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and to act in accordance with the applicable legislation and rules of Linosfera d.o.o.

Your personal data may be passed on to certain contractual partners of Linosfera d.o.o., if Linosfera d.o.o. decides to hire.

Namely, we may engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (for example, accounting service) and services, communicate with members, manage our online presence and access, fulfill some of the purposes stated in this Statement. Your personal data will be forwarded to the contractual partner Linosfera d.o.o. if they are needed to perform a particular service that is related to you. We will select these contractual partners carefully to ensure lawful and secure data processing. Furthermore, these contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data only for certain purposes in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with Croatian legal provisions on personal data protection. The use of data by contractual partners for other purposes is excluded.

We will not pass on your personal data to persons other than the above-mentioned contractual partners, unless you have given your consent.

Given the nature, scope, purpose of the collection, use and processing of personal data by Linosfera d.o.o., including the fact that the collection, use and processing is not to a large extent, nor are special categories of personal data collected, ie Linosfera d.o.o. and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a personal data protection officer, Linosfera d.o.o. and no such official has been appointed.

  1. Right of revocation, provision of information, change of data and contact

By signing the Client’s Consent Statement or using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the said Client’s Consent Statement and this Data Protection Statement.

At the same time, in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection and the rights it gives you as the owner of personal data, with which Linosfera d.o.o. informed, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time, in the future without giving a reason; as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Withdrawal of consent is done in writing (by letter or e-mail) to the next publicly available address of the headquarters; Linosfera d.o.o., Trstenjakova 27b, 10090 Zagreb, or lino@linosfera.hr. Such withdrawal will prevent the future use of your personal data by Linosfera d.o.o.
